What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export shipments?
Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product category. Generally, for sea freight, we require a minimum of one 20ft container (FCL). However, for specific premium items like spices or dry fruits, we can accommodate smaller LCL (Less than Container Load) or air freight shipments. Please contact our sales team for exact MOQs for your desired products.
Do you provide customized packaging and private labeling?
Yes, we specialize in providing customized packaging solutions. We offer private labeling, white-labeling, and custom packaging sizes ranging from small retail pouches to bulk PP bags and corrugated export cartons, tailored entirely to your brand's specific requirements.
What quality certifications do your products hold?
Quality is our highest priority. Our products are processed and packed in facilities that adhere strictly to international food safety standards. We provide necessary export documentation including Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificate of Origin, and SGS or Third-party inspection reports upon request.
How do you ensure the freshness of fruits and vegetables during transit?
We utilize state-of-the-art cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled reefer containers for all fresh produce shipments. Our products undergo rigorous pre-cooling processes and are packed in specialized ventilated export cartons to maintain optimum freshness and extend shelf life during the journey.
What are your accepted payment terms for international buyers?
Our standard international payment terms are an advance payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to initiate the order, with the balance payable against the scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from reputed international banks for large volume orders.
